Thank you for shopping at BLK CARDS!
While we are doing our best to accommodate all requests by our customers and make sure that you have a positive experience with BLK CARDS, refunds and/or exchanges are discretionary. Upon review of a refund and/or exchange request, our company may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund or exchange a product. We review all requests within 7 working days.
30 days
We will only review refund and/or exchange requests made within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to review a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Exchanges
We can only replace items with proof that they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at hello@blk.cards with your exchange request. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request within 7 working days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds
If you want a refund for your product, send us an email at hello@blk.cards with your refund request explaining why you want a refund for your purchase.
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 working days.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days from approval.
